This 35 acres features larger acreage executive lots with beautiful sunset views and abundant wildlife.  We were able to deed 14 acres to a neighboring property and subdivide the remaining 21 acres using a Minor subdivision Platform. This allowed to sell five individual lots while keeping costs low, and shortening the turn around time from purchase to final plat approval. We retained one of the lots as a cash flowing rental property to add to our portfolio.
